Rotor Work Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated business that specialises in all types of helicopter aerial applications for farmers, forestry and contractors. We are the complete on farm helicopter company!
Rotor Work has been operating for over 30 years and has 11 helicopter bases throughout the North Island, from Levin through to the Bombay Hills and the Coromandel, so wherever you are, we are local!
Our helicopters are ideal for aerial spraying, everything from large blocks to individual paddocks or small blocks of brush weeds due to their slower spraying speed and manoeuvrability.
Take advantage of the slower application speed, accuracy and spread of the helicopter for top dressing. We are not effected by wet airstrips and can work on site from races to tanker turn arounds and paddocks if conditions allow.
Cropping with one of our helicopters is one of the cheapest methods around. Unusable land becomes usable and we organise the whole job from desiccation, seeding, pest and weed control to fertiliser application back into pasture.
Rotor Work also has a number of forestry contracts with some of New Zealands leading Forest Management Companies. Whether it is Desiccation, Dothistroma or Releasing, Rotor Work can have the job done on time and on budget.
Our air transport operation includes Pipe Line Survey, Power Line Survey, General and Commercial Charter, Survey and Sight Seeing, Hunting Trips and Heli Biking.
